|Learning activities and teaching methods|
The subject is focused on analysis and understanding of basic terms in general law: justice, substantive law, procedural law, principles of democratic law and order, sources of law, legal relations, cases, and acts, relative and absolute rights of a person, constitutional order of the Czech Republic, triunity of state power, central government and self-government, Constitution with the Charter of the fundamental rights and freedoms, institutions of civil law and its dualism, business enterprise, copyright law, labour law, and the state employment policy, social welfare, family law, judicial settlement of civil disputes, criminal law, both material and civil, public administration, administration law.
The gained capabilities constitute an encompassment and an aquirement of knowledge and experience in the given field of study, they result from a concrete annotation of the subject and are aimed at a profile´s fulfilment of the graduate of the given field of study.
