Learning outcomes
Outdoor activities which can be carried out with the assistance of a bicycle. Students will be familiar with events control and organization, group leading, traffic safety. Students will be warned of group leading principles during the cycling events.The course also familiarizes students with the specifics of road and mounatin bicycle, warns of material equipment and specifies chosen terrains. Students also learn to make minor repairs and are familiarized with optimal regimen.
Students are able to guide a practice of technical skills at cycling on a road and mountain bike, prepare and guide an cycling event.
Acquired basic skills of bike riding, a good level of endurance faculties.
