Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to introduce students to the basic techniques used in table tennis. Another goal is to motivate students to actively operate in the sporting disciplines at other stages of their life. This subject is involved in creating habits of students for regular motion mode, which will be applied also in their subsequent teaching practice.
Students acquire the basic skills - positioning, serve, forehand, backhand, tactics. They are able to organize the table positions in a gymnastic hall, referee a match.
Paddle holding, positioning, forehand, backhand, score, single/double, terminology. Interest in self-improvement.
