Learning outcomes
The objective of this subject is to make students familiar with cardio fitness activities, broaden their knowledge and skills of aerobic activities including necessary compensation exercises and create basic habits for regular physical activity.
Students will be familiar with cardio fitness activities which broaden their current knowledge and skills. Based on the achieved knowledge and skills they will be able to create various training lessons of cardio fitness. They also create basic habits for regular physical activity which they will be able to apply in their future practice.
Prerequisites
Interest in given topic and getting theoretical knowledge and practical skills and their application in future practice.
