First Rules explanation of basic principles , the principle of learning and reflection angle of impact , the application simple basic games . Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to provide students with knowledge and practical skills on the operation of this sports game that was in the Czech Republic first played on UJEP even at international competitions. The course is practical action -oriented cultivation of motor skills , which are considered essential for the operation of the group of children , youth and adults at the recreational level event . beginning level of performance . Practical exercises are associated with the interpretation of the rules , methodology , organization of competitions , etc. . Teaching consists of practical activities. This course is the acquisition of skills and knowledge of the physical game, which is unique in its features nonagresivního behavior towards rivals . The potential of the game lies not only in their rules , but also applied gaming skills. Playing with enormous educational potential is suitable for different types of educational institutions , recreational physical education in different environments and with a considerable population range and allows co-educational use.
