Course content
1. Production, capacity profile, capacity forecasts, consumption balance, structure models 2. Scheduling: operative, tactical, strategic, prognosis 3. Purchasing: organization and management, purchasing marketing mix, inventories optimization 4. Sales: organization and management, sales marketing mix, sales policy, inventories optimization, function of marketing in market economy 5. Enterprise finance: resources an forms of financing, cash flow, finance indicators 6. Depreciation policy, leasing, repairing and maintenance of tangible assets 7. Investments, investment policy, calculations of effectiveness in capital construction 8. Enterprise organizational structure, organizational structures typology and their advantages/disadvantages 9. Human resources in enterprise, employees motivation, wage and salary systems 10. Overview of most important law restrictions in business, ISO standards 11. Actual specific problems of machinery manufacturing in the Czech Republic and EU
