Course content
1. Introduction 2. Diagnostics of locomotive system - posture (Jaros-Lomicek test, Mathias test, Bankroft test, Crampton test) 3. Bad posture - games, competitions, dance, exercises with equipment 4. Flat back - games, competitions, dance, exercises with equipment 5. Hyperlordosis - games, competitions, dance, exercises with equipment 6. Kyphotic, kypholordotic posture - games, competitions, dance, exercises with equipment 7. Scoliotic posture - games, competitions, dance, exercises with equipment 8. Lower extremities weakening - coxa joints, valgus and varus knees - games, competitions, dance, exercises with equipment 9. Flat feet - games, competitions, dance, exercises with equipment 10. Swimming lesson in health P.E. 11. Visit to the rehabilitation centre 12. Gymballs 13. Overballs 14. Yoga

This subject is a follow-up to Health P.E. and its objective is to deepen students´ knowledge of organization and integration of health P.E. into P.E. teaching and create a battery of exercises for chosen kinds weakening.
