Learning activities and teaching methods
Learning outcomes
This course relates the science of Earth to activities of human beings. I it's a survey of relationship between Earth science and environmental science. Environmental geology study "geological environment"from the point of view to usage by man and consequently it´s protection. The content of the subject is focused to understand the essential geology , than to obtain the knowledge's of application in the geological science and corresponding legislature. The course includes the following topics: basic information from geology (Earth history, structure, the dynamics),geological hazards, raw materials, mining activity etc.
