Contents of lectures: 1.Socializace individual 2nd phase of socialization (Erikson), psychosocial support positive solutions to conflicts 3.Sociální communication, constructive and destructive communication 4.Náročné life situations 5.Agrese in Childhood The content of the seminars: 1.Cíle groups and work with the goals, values and value system; social norms and work with them 2.Sociální role and position detection of social positions 3.Tranzitorní netranzitorní a crisis in the family, dysfunctional families 4.Efektivní communication, transactional analysis in practice; communication disorders Self: Social psychology as a subject. Learning outcomes
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the socio-psychological issues with a particular focus on self-knowledge and self-development, knowledge of the relationship between the individual and small social group of which the individual is a member, acquaintance with the possibilities and ways of managing social groups together with the use of adequate means of communication in interaction with the social environment. Student also penetrates into the problems of difficult situations. The lecture complements the theoretical base of listeners and, together with the knowledge gained self prerequisite for successful practical work in workshops.
The student can explain the socio-psychological issues with a particular focus on understanding the nature of socialization, the relationship between the individual and small social group. It can detect and eliminate errors in social perception, social group analyzes the structure and dynamics of the group and be able to use technology to effect positive social development groups and individuals with a tendency to strengthen its identity, can effectively manage the social group. He can explain to family issues and dysfunctional families, and can eliminate the effects of a dysfunctional family effects on the individual. Controls the principles of effective communication, communication barriers can analyze and use adequate means of communication in interaction with the social environment in accordance with the objectives of communication. Understands the nature of difficult situations and are able to exercise constructive and effective procedures for their solution.
