|Learning activities and teaching methods|
Attention is focused on the legal issues of the family law as the background of positive education of an individual, educational process in the view of the amended school law. It also comprises information on the Labour Code and criminal procedural law and substantive law in the light of the legal protection of young people, the Convention on the Rights of the Child and a brief overview of the EU laws.
General information and an overview of legal protection of young people in the light of specific legal areas with the focus on the needs of graduates in their follow-up pedagogical practical training.
