Subsidiarity as the first substantive basis of legal regulation of territorial administration and regional development 2. The conditions and limits of decentralization and dekoncentralizace 3. Learning outcomes

After successfully completing the course, students will be able to: - Describe the basic institutions for regional development - Formulate the limits of decentralization - Understand the autonomous powers of municipalities and counties - Understand the delegated powers and oversight of state administration - Know the basic problems of regional development
