Course content
1. Fundamentals of contractual relations Definition of commercial contracts, their essential terms. Grounds for invalidity of trade agreements 2. Public draft contracts Public draft contract, public tender 3. Ensuring liabilities of commercial contracts Surety, pledge, bank guarantee recognition of an obligation, penalty, reservation of rights, the provision of security and so on. 4th Discharge of obligations of commercial contracts Extinguishment and fulfilling manner replacing the fulfillment, such as severance pay, counting, storing in official custody etc. 5. Methods extinguishment of debt Extinction unfulfilled commitment, the withdrawal of a substantial breach of contract, other reasons for withdrawal as impossibility of performance etc. 6th Breach of contract Breach of contractual obligations, damages and its amount, liberation reasons for the delay of the debtor and creditor risk of damage 7. Contract of purchase Purchase agreement: delivery of goods, defective goods, quality guarantee, the price clause etc. 8. Other contracts under the Commercial Law The contract for the sale of the company, leasing contracts, loan agreement 9th Work Contract Contract for work: completion of the work, the right of ownership for making things ,, price for the work, defective work 10th of the representation Commission contract, mandate, commercial agency (the dealer agreement) 11th of the transportation and others, according to the Civil Code. Act. Shipping contracts,, transportation, storage of transport, insurance and lease agreement, loan and borrowing 12. Bank contract Banking contracts: credit, debit, current and deposit account, bill, check 13th outline agreements according to international rules International trade, model contracts, electronic commerce, Chamber of Commerce

Learning outcomes

After successfully completing the course, students will be able to: - Describe the basic institutions of business law - To formulate the conditions giving rise to trade payables - Understand the basic business contracts - Understand the consequences of violating trade agreements - Know the basics of international trade rules
