Course content
1. Rights, creation, concept, subjective, objective, forms, sources of law. Characteristics rights. 2. The concept of the state, forms of government, rule of law and its characters. 2. Legal norms, the structure of laws, hypothesis, disposition, sanctions, classification of legal norms by the authorities, according to subject legislation subgroups according to the nature of the rules. 3. Normative legal acts, validity and scope of normative legal acts, the conditions of validity, personal, spatial and temporal scope of normative legal acts, derogation clause retroactivity of laws, a system of law. 4. Application of the law, the application process, evidence, presumption and fiction properties legislative acts, defects in legal acts 5. Interpretation law, interpretation by the operator who served interpretation, interpretation methods and the methods of interpretation, interpretation by the breadth of interpretation, interpretation of international treaties. 6. Creation of rights, demands the creation of law, legislative process, codes, laws of municipalities and regions, amendment and repeal, Collection of Laws and Collection of international treaties, other legal information systems. 7th subjective law and legal relations, the notion of subjective rights / obligations of a legal relationship, the content of legal relationship, the formation of individual rights, legal proceedings, legal events, participants and subjects of legal relations. 8. Legal liability and their types, the concept of responsibility, assumptions and consequences responsibilities, division of responsibility, merits extinction responsibility. 9. The system of laws, national and private law, public law and private law, substantive and procedural, legal industry. 10.
