Course content
1. Working relationships Characteristics of labor relations, the scope of the Labour Code, participants of labor relations, labor relations principles, equality, non-discrimination, legal acts. 2. Employment Pre-commencement of employment, creation of employment, employment contract, trial period, changes in employment, termination of employment. The rights and obligations of the parties of employment. 3rd Termination of employment  termination of employment, the prohibition of dismissal, severance pay; Immediate termination of employment, termination of employment, reasons, form, compensation earnings; Other methods of termination of employment termination of employment contracted for a fixed period of probation, revocation and renunciation of the post of head of employee participation in trade union bodies upon termination of employment, collective redundancies, claims from invalid termination of employment.      4. Agreements on work performed outside employment The employment agreement, agreement on work activity requirements of legal action in their conclusion. 5. Working hours Fixed working hours, shorter working hours, reduced working hours, other working time arrangements, emergency, overtime, night work, obstacles in the work of the employee and the employer.       6. Period of rest Breaks, rest between two shifts, working days, holidays and its division, the leave.   7. Safety and Health at Work Obligations of employers and employees in health and safety, working conditions of employees, tasks unions, labor inspections. eighth Holidays Annual leave, types of leave, annual leave and its proportionate part, leave for days worked, shortening holiday, the procedure for taking leave.      9th Remuneration for work Wages, salary, bonus agreements, wage or salary during the performance of other works, the reward for emergency care, deductions from income from employment.  10. Liability for Damage employee Damages, damage prevention, general liability for damages, liability for deficit entrusted values, the procedure for claiming damages. 11. Liability of the employer for damages Liability for damage during work accidents and occupational diseases, liability for damage to belongings. 12. Care Employee Working conditions, professional development, catering staff, the special conditions of certain employees. 13. Collective labor law       Tripartism, trade unions, works council, collective agreements and collective bargaining.
