Course content
1. How to work with the Civil Code Code, the dispositive and mandatory provisions, essential contracts, analysis of contracts in terms of consistency and clarity names. 2. Process contracts and entering into commitments in trade relations, content, form and the effects of trade agreements 3. Specific ways of entering into a contract with the focus on the public competition for the best offer, public offer and the procedure for awarding the contract on a future contract, a contract concluded by a bonding method 4. The term performance of a contract period of performance to the debtor, the purpose of the contract, storage and subsequent condition, changes in the content of the commitments 5. Provision of contractual obligations - insurance, lien on receivables, contractual penalties 6.
