1. Introduction to administrative proceedings 2. Species administrative proceedings 3. The jurisdiction (factual, local delegation) 4. Bodies of administrative proceedings (parties, representation, elimination of administrative authority) 5th during the administrative procedure (initiation, assignment submissions, oral proceedings, protocol, document inspection, delivery, deadlines, interruptions zest., Stopping zest., Costs) 6th Determination of data for decision (evidence, documents, preliminary questions witnesses affidavit, experts examination) Ensuring seventh course and purpose of the proceedings (summons, presentation, letters rogatory, a preliminary disciplinary measures) 8. Decision (deadline for decisions, actions against inactivity, particulars of the decision, a settlement notification of the decision, legal power and enforceability) 9th appellate procedure, retrial 10th Revision of decisions outside appellate proceedings, review of administrative decisions by the court 11th Enforcement 12. Learning outcomes

After successfully completing the course, students will be able to: - Describe the basic institutions of administrative law - Formulate basic administrative stage - Understand remedies - Understand local government legislation - Know the basics of the right to protection of personal data and the organization of the State
