Course content
1. Introduction to civil law, civil law. Civil law in the legal system, sources of civil law and their interrelationships. 2. The bodies of civil law. Natural and legal persons - their legal personality, legal capacity and its limitations, and legal protection. 3. The legal hearing, legal representation. Civil actions and their elements, the consequences of defective legal proceedings. 4th Civil reality and their classification. Subjective and objective preconditions for civil matters as civil relations. 5th Relative property rights, contracts. General obligations and their formation, contracts (their conclusion, content, form and effects), change and termination liabilities. 6. Absolute property rights (rights in rem). Holdings and its legal protection, property rights and legal protection, ownership and home ownership. 7th Acquisition of property law, marital property law. Individual ways of acquiring property rights, community property, legal protection of the rights of third parties. 8. Family Law. Relationships, marriage, divorce, relationship between parents and children, maintenance obligations, a registered partnership. 9th Civil liability. Legal liability and legal sanctions, the function of legal liability, tort liability. 10. Basic types of contracts under the Civil Code. Basic characteristic of typical contracts under the Civil Code and the essential requirements. 11. without legal personality. Contract for the association of several persons for a common purpose activity rights and obligations of each other. 12. Business Corporation. Trading company, establishment, formation, dissolution and termination, liquidation, corporate bodies and others. 13. Basic concepts of commercial law. The legal definition of entrepreneur, business regulation and the springs under the new Civil Code.
