The subject "Biophysics" contains the knowledge in physics and a specific curriculum focused on medical problems. Students obtain basic information about physical differences of individual methods and their biological effects. It informs about individual kinds of these methods and setups that are used for examining. Radiology acquaints with a skilled activity and problems of radiological branches. It gives basic information about a physical core of depictive radiological technologies and their potential risks on people. In addition to familiarizing with negative influences of diagnostic methods, it also deals with principles of indication of diagnostics methods, an effective preparation of clients to these examinations and even with nursing care in the whole investigation course.
Students receive basic information of physical differences of each methods and its biological effects. They will be familiarized with various types of these methods and instruments, whereby the investigation are done. They will be introduced to technical operation and contents of radiological field with basic details of physical substance imaging radiological technologies and its potential risks for human's health.
