Learning outcomes
This course is aimed at development of essential managerial skills, which primarily involves self-knowledge including an ability to distinct between innate and acquired characteristics. In this course, students will identify themselves with their qualities and traits leading to realization of their strengths and weaknesses. They will learn how to manage their work and to balance it with personal life. This course also encourages students to communicate efficiently in both ways; i.e. verbally [written and spoken] and non-verbally, and it provides them support to manage their job interview.
