Learning outcomes
The goal of the course is to create the project for bachelor's thesis. In the end of the course the student will be able to formulate the goal of the bachelor's thesis and he or she will have a clear idea about following particular phases of the thesis from the point of view of the subject and also from the point of view of the time.
After the successful completion of the course, the students will be able to: -understand the meaning of the bachelor's thesis project; -be knowledgeable in the process of the theme choice; -work the problem of the bachelor's thesis; -formulate correctly the research questions and hypothesis; -classify information sources according to different standards; -find given information sources; -use suitable technique for the choice of respondents; -decide which method of data collection you use; -define real-time schedule of your bachelor's thesis; -work the project of your bachelor's thesis to keep all important project requirements.
Prerequisites
The requirement for the registration for this course is to pass successfully the course called Methods of professional experience.

Assessment methods and criteria

The participation in the seminars is obligatory. It is assumed min. 75% participation in the seminars. The non-fulfilment of this requirement does not allow the student submit the project of the work. The evaluation will be done in the standard way on the basis of following requirements: a)the completion of the project b)the submission of the project meeting the deadline c)the defense of the project in Power-Point presentation The student chooses the theme of his work where he or she shows the ability of economic analysis, which means the application of theoretical finding of management, company economy and marketing on particular problems. The result is the project ranging from 7 to 10 pages which has to include expected title of the work, annotation (what the work solves, what is the research problem), the goal of the work, theoretical ground, evaluation of contemporary status of knowledge, methodology (data sources, data sources methods and techniques, size and choice of respondents' sample), expected work structure "value added" new suggestions, schedule and literature source. This supposed content of the work will be evaluated. Student will present the written project in the Power-Point presentation. The project will be evaluated by professional committee. The committee will evaluate the content correctness of the project, formal structure, completeness of the description and language quality. Student will receive the evaluation in written form (table form). Student has to defend the project min. 70% to gain the credit. If the student does not defend the project, he or she has one more attempt to correct it.
