Learning outcomes
The course expands upon and deepens the capability to interconnect links, tools and methods for the various management levels of business activity in developing business concepts. Emphasis is placed upon the application of methods of strategic analysis, investment decision-making business plans, creating a system of indicators to assess company performance, interpretation of results.
Upon successful completion of the course students will be able to: - Summarize basic management processes and methodological skills for effective business management, - Formulate strategic concepts and business plans of the enterprise, - Calculate the optimization roles of business entities in the area of cost management, quality, changes in the production program, economic analyzes for various strategic decisions in the company, - Differentiate the various concepts and levels of competition and describe their influence on the behavior of economic subjects, - Describe current trends and company management trends for managerial changes in the knowledge-based environment.
Recommneded prerequisites is Enterprice Economics.

Assessment methods and criteria
Attendance in lectures and seminars is recommended but not mandatory. The assessment will be realized by the : - Midterm tests - Final exam test Midterm and exam tests will take place at school and will take the form of a written test, the test will be a combination of open, closed questions and possibly a simple example. The student shall pass all midterm test it the score at least 70% (assessment requirement). The student will have two substitute terms during the semester for repairing unsuccessful midterm tests. The final exam will be based on the selection of correct statement(s) with the score penalization for incorrect answer. The maximum score will be 100 points. The mark ill be awarded according to the following key: 90-100 points excellent mark (1) 75-89 points mark very good (2) 60-74 points mark good (3) 0-59 points score failed (4)
