Learning outcomes
This discipline introduces students to organization of public administration in the area of the Czech state in the period from Middle Ages to present days. Special emphasis is put on political administration. Lectures on institutions of public administration are related to information about preservation and safekeeping of their written production. This is important for understanding to their organization and practical functioning and to methodically guided historical study in general.
Due to just one term length of the course, the discipline cannot provide students with detailed knowledge of Czech and Czechoslovak history of administration in all its range and variety.
