Learning activities and teaching methods
Learning outcomes
The course provides students of physics with more advanced mathematical methods used in physics: functions of two or more variables, partial differentiation, complex numbers, ordinary differential equations, Fourier's series, vector calculus, and tensors. The calculus is practised on physical examples.
