Course content
1. Introduction to biophysics, basics physical therms, laws, quantity, units. System aspects of biophysics. 2. Mechanics of solid and flexile bodies and systems, liquid mechanics, vibration and wave mechanics. 3. Issues of acustics, thermics, electrocity and magnetism, bioelectrical activity. Thermodynamics, optics and ionizing rays. 4. Introductions to biomechanics, Newton's mechanics, kinetic systemfrom view of biomechanics, kinematics of human's movement. 5. Geometry of substance in human's body, dynamics of human's movement, energetics aspects of movement. 6. Biomechanics of kinetic system, rheology of the bone marrow and soft tissue, biomechanics of axial system

Learning activities and teaching methods
Learning outcomes
The subject (in theoretical lessons) acquaints students with biophysics and biomechanics. The emphasis is especially put on primary physical terms, laws, quantities, units, modelling and situation methods and a function of the locomotive apparatus from the point of view of biomechanics.
Students are introduced to subjects of biophysics and biomechanics. The stress is given to basics of physical therms, rules, quantity, units, modelling and situation procedures and functions of kinetic system from the view of biomachanics.
