Export operations - specificity of a business contract 5. Transport in international trade 6. Special trading operations 7. Delivery terms - Incoterms 8. Stock exchange and auction trade 9. Prices in international trade 10. Financing of international trade 11. Specificity of international trade in the EU (i.e. .community trade) 12. Economic diplomacy 13. Ethics in international trade

Learning outcomes
The course makes students acquainted with the main techniques of trade operations in international trade (export and import operations, business methods, including the main payment forms, logistics and insurance) used in business practice. Students will learn to work with information sources and organizational structures of external economic relations. There is also an emphasis on the assessment of effectiveness of foreign trade.
After completing the course students can: - describe the role of international trade in trade policy and in business operations - judge the suitability of main techniques and instruments of international trade and apply them - analyse, prepare and implement an international trade operation.
