Seminar topics: 1.unit (1.-3.week) System of medical care organisation, basic elements, types and organisation of medical systems, management of medical care, basics of medical management, role of its particular levels 2.unit (4.-6.week) Basics of medical economy, discribing economy, macroeconomy and microeconomy, basic terminology, principles, medical workers rewarding health and market mechanism 3.unit (7.-9.week) Medical legislatives, law role in caring for health, system of medical legislation, basic legislative regulation in providing medical care, citizen's - patient's rights and liability, chosen issues of medical legislations, state administration and administrative procedure.

Subject of public health arises from presumption of health, taking care of health and medical care is important public priority, public holding and general humane value. This subject is devoted to methods and knowledges of management, law, legislative, medicine information technologies, medical economy and social psychology. To common important content elements of instruction counts infromation about polarization, structure, functions, comptences and responsibilities of individual elements of medical organization structure including community care and medical social care of specific groups of population.
