Learning outcomes
Introduction to the chemistry of polymers (fundamental terms). Synthesis of polymers and basic proceedings of polymerization. Stabilization and resistance of polymers. Structure of macromolecular materials (configuration, conformation). Keynotes of mechanical behaviour of polymers. Oriented, contractile and fibre - forming polymers. Fundamental techniques at fabrication of polymers. Behaviour of polymers in magnetic and electric field. Film-forming characteristics of polymers. Interaction of polymers with beams (light, ions,..) and their bio-compatibility. Polymeric materials for electronics. Surface structure of polymers and polymers for optical data record. Polymeric optical fibers. Organic semiconductors and molecular electronics.
