Course content
Course main topics: " Data analysis and ploting with scientific software " Introduction to bioinformatics - bioinformatics and biology, main domains. " Internet databases in biological sciences. " Vizualization of biomolecules on computer. " Computer based study of molecular data. " Computers and simple models in biological sciences.

Learning outcomes
The main goal of the course is to provide students advanced skils of data analysis with scientific software. Apart from data analysis, students will learn what is bioinformatics and ist importance in biological sciences.
