Learning outcomes
The required optional course introduces junior students to artistic works created from the beginning of post-modernism up to the present. Special attention will be paid to the dichotomy of development on both sides of the "iron curtain", to developing globalization and IT applications, to new forms of expressing, and to the theoretical background of the present visual culture. By means of multimedia, the students are introduced to the appearance and the interpretation of specific artistic works.
The gained capabilities constitute an encompassment and an aquirement of knowledge and experience in the given field of study, they result from a concrete annotation of the subject and are aimed at a profile´s fulfilment of the graduate of the given field of study.
